In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us, Accounts Payable” refers to Accounts Payable Ltd.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Accounts Payable have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Accounts Payable will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.
Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Accounts Payable, it’s employees or agents.
Job adverts – Refund Policy
Your contract with Accounts Payable Ltd entitles you to 30 days publicity of each unique job advert activated on our website, www.accountspayable.co.uk. Once you have activated a job advert, your fee is non-refundable, except at the discretion of company management.
Should you buy a package of job adverts and, for whatever reason, you do not activate all of these adverts, your fees are non-refundable. However, we may in our absolute discretion agree to you terminating the contract and provide a refund. Any such application for a refund will be treated on a case by case basis, at the discretion of company management.
Should this site be unavailable for more than 24 hours due to hosting failure or any other reason beyond our control, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss to advertisers. However, we will consider requests to extend your advertising period for the appropriate period of time, subject to management discretion. Job Advertising
You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to an advertisement you have posted and not do anything which may bring Accounts Payable Ltd into disrepute. You will indemnify Accounts Payable Ltd from and against any claim brought by an individual against Accounts payable Ltd arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.
We do not guarantee any response to your advertisement or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required right to work in the UK, and the qualifications and personal characteristics necessary for the role.
CV's and Job Advertisements
CV's and job advertisements contained on the site are provided by candidates and by prospective employers and their agents. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of CV's or advertisements and expect candidates and prospective employers to carry out such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances.
Job Seekers – Submission of Your CV to the Accounts Payable Database
By submitting your CV to our database, you agree to make your personal details available to recruitment agencies and other third parties using our CV database. Personal details include your name, email address, current employment status, salary and any other personal data you choose to include on your CV. It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal data is kept up to date and to make any changes as necessary.
By accepting our Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to make your personal details and your CV public. Your CV and personal data will be held on our database for a period of three months only. You may remove your CV from our database at any time.
By submitting your CV to our database you are agreeing to third parties contacting you directly in relation to their job vacancies. We do not guarantee that you will receive any job interviews or offers of work and we advise you not to make payment to any parties who may contact you with the promise of finding you work.
We require all users of our database to abide by our Terms and Conditions but we accept no responsibility for any misuse by third parties or for any damage or loss, financial or otherwise that you may suffer from making your personal details and your CV publicly available on our CV database. Rights in the Database
Database rights (pursuant to the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997) and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights in the candidate database belong to Accounts Payable Ltd. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any rights in the database or its content and that your retention and use of the database and its content is governed by these terms and conditions.
Use of the Database
The material accessible from the database will be principally data obtained from "Job Searches" and information received from "CV Searches". In respect of data obtained from "CV Searches" you are entitled to search the CV Database: You may:
i. Use, search or download from the database for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific job vacancies that you or (if you are an employment agency or employment business) your client wish to fill.
ii. Use the information about the individuals contained in the database for the purpose of contacting them (either directly or through accoutspayable.co.uk ) in relation to a specific job vacancy.
iii. Use the information only in connection with your own recruitment-related activities.
You may NOT:
i. Supply, sell or
license material from the candidate database, or a copy of it, to any other person, including another member of your group of companies.
ii. Contact the individuals on the database or make or allow any use of the information about those individuals, other than for the purpose of finding suitable candidates for specific job vacancies.
You must, at all times, comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all subsequent legislation and regulations.
Security and Passwords
In order to register with this site and to sign in when you visit the site, you will need to use a user name and password. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to any other person. You must notify us immediately if you believe that your password is known to someone else or if it may be used in an unauthorised way. We accept no liability for any unauthorised or improper use or disclosure of any password.
COPYRIGHT
All intellectual property of Accounts Payable such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Accounts Payable.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws. |
